Information we handle

We may receive your name, role, organisation, professional contact information, message, website links and any files you choose to email us. For limited business outreach, we may review public business contact details and company launch information. Our hosting providers may process technical access logs. Our informational homepage currently has no user-account system or contact form.

Purposes and lawful basis

We respond to enquiries, provide requested quotes, deliver contracted work, receive payments, and meet accounting/legal obligations. Where lawful, we may send small-scale targeted messages to relevant business contacts. Where applicable, the legal basis may be pre-contractual steps, contractual necessity, legal obligation or legitimate interests, taking account of local direct-marketing requirements and your rights.

Service providers and transfers

Business information may be shared with our email, hosting and payment providers (including Stripe when a payment is arranged) and approved delivery contractors as necessary. The company is US-registered and the founder works remotely from Seoul. Service providers may process information in other countries; appropriate transfer arrangements will be used where applicable.

Retention and protection

We keep communications and project records for as long as reasonably necessary for enquiries, ongoing delivery, legitimate records and legal/accounting obligations. We review and delete information when no longer needed. Payment and legal records may require longer retention.

Your rights and marketing choices

Depending on your location, you may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict its processing, or exercise other applicable rights. You can object to direct marketing at any time by emailing jayden@igilo.io. We may retain minimal suppression details solely to honour a no-contact request. You may also have a right to complain to your data protection authority.

We do not intentionally operate advertising or analytics cookies on this informational page. Website infrastructure and externally hosted fonts can process technical requests. If our tracking or form use changes, we will update this notice and provide required choices.
