Service terms
IGILO LLC · Last updated 16 October 2026
These general terms apply to our business-to-business digital services. For paid work, an individually accepted written quote or project agreement defines the deliverables and takes priority if it differs from this page, subject to mandatory law.
1. Provider
IGILO LLC is a Delaware, United States limited liability company providing services remotely. Email jayden@igilo.io. Verified correspondence details are provided in applicable written project documents.
2. Scope and revisions
Before work starts, the quote identifies deliverables, format, required input materials, timeline assumptions, included revision rounds, external costs and exclusions. Prices on the homepage are indicative for the described scope. Work beyond the brief, including additional concepts, pages, languages, integrations or revision rounds, needs a separately agreed quote.
3. Price and payments
UK pilot guide prices are shown in GBP. For other countries we can quote in USD. Final currency, price, applicable taxes, client-borne subscriptions and agreed payment milestones are confirmed in writing. An agreed deposit or initial payment may be required before paid work starts. Payment may be arranged through Stripe or invoice.
4. Client responsibilities
You confirm that you are authorised to supply logos, images, footage, copy, account access and other materials. Timely client inputs and approvals may affect the delivery date. We will not add optional paid third-party tools without prior approval.
5. Changes, cancellation and refunds
Requested changes within the agreed scope use the included revision rounds. If a project is cancelled, we will confirm work completed and pre-approved non-recoverable external costs. Any refund, credit or outstanding payment is decided under the accepted project agreement and applicable law. Deposits are not automatically described as non-refundable.
6. Intellectual property and third-party services
Once fully paid, you receive the agreed rights to final approved deliverables for your business, subject to licence limitations disclosed in the quote. Unused drafts and concepts do not automatically transfer. Web hosting, domain registrations, software and third-party media remain governed by their providers' terms.
7. AI-assisted work
We may use AI-assisted scripts, images, video, voice or other tools when agreed. AI output can contain errors, may be non-exclusive and can be subject to platform or licensing restrictions. We disclose material AI use and relevant restrictions; you should review factual, commercial or regulated claims before publication.
8. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee views, rankings, leads, sales, audience growth or advertising results. Any warranty and remedy agreed for the deliverables is addressed in the written scope subject to mandatory legal protections.
9. Confidentiality and data
We use client materials to perform the agreed work. We do not knowingly publish private materials without permission. Personal data handling is described in our privacy notice; projects involving client customer data may require additional terms.
10. Disputes and legal rights
Contact us promptly by email if there is a concern so we can seek a resolution. Any project-specific governing law or dispute forum is specified in the accepted written agreement. Nothing here waives non-excludable statutory rights.
11. Updates
We may update this page for future transactions; material changes do not override an existing accepted agreement without the consent required by law.
